Our
maintenance is designed to suit you & and what you are going
to use your equipment for.
Our preventative breakdown maintenance service to our customers
starts with the high quality of the equipment we use. And equipment
that is designed for the job in hand, easy to operate and offers
good service accessibility and understanding.
Most of our competitors will - offer air conditioning maintenance
contracts, which comprise of two inspection visits per year - and
we think this is wrong - because it does not take into account what
the equipment is going to be doing.
Look at the way most of us treat another important item - THE CAR.
The service frequency is normally dependent on the mileage - what
the car is doing.
We take the same view with air conditioning- so if you have a system
that you use for only a few months a year, why have it serviced
twice?
Similarly, if you use your equipment every day of the year, two
services per annum will not give sufficient preventative breakdown
protection.
We have some customers that we visit every month and some that
we see only once a year, and hundreds of others somewhere in between
these two examples.
We think being flexible sensible and correct - as is the best way
of protecting your new air conditioning investment.
Another important factor to consider is the environment in which
the equipment is being asked to work; is it clean residential or
polluted industrial?
We know that some of our better competitors do mention the need
for maintenance at the time of quoting for the installation - but
we can find none that do what we do - tell you how much it will
cost!
A good designer will advise you of the type of ongoing cost involved,
and discuss the difference between minimum protection and best protection
- before you buy the equipment!
Did you know that all good manufacturers offer a free two years
extended parts warranty on all equipment that is maintained for
you by the original installer.
We know that this free manufactures warranty is not always passed
on to the customer, by some unscrupulous companies.
